This Privacy Policy has been drafted in accordance with EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on personal data protection and digital rights.

If our system detects that a participant collects contact data from other attendees for professional purposes through mass voting behavior, they will be excluded from future events and reported to the competent authority.
If a participant engages in behavior intended to harm, defame or damage the company's reputation and image, they will be permanently disqualified from future events.
5. DATA SHARING
No data transfers or international transfers are planned, except those legally required by tax, commercial or telecommunications laws, or when requested by judicial authorities.
6. USER RIGHTS
Any data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we process personal data concerning them. You may access your data and request rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable.
You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, in accordance with applicable regulations.

8. SALES POLICY
8.1. General terms
These general sales terms apply strictly to all dating service sales made by Slow Dating Madrid, Tax ID 51994980F, for individual customers.
The customer acknowledges that accepting these terms applies to the current order and future orders, unless new terms are communicated by Slow Dating Madrid.
Interpretation and execution of these terms are governed by Spanish law, unless mandatory public-order provisions state otherwise.
8.2. Prices
Published prices are in euros and include VAT applicable on the order date. Any VAT change or other applicable tax will automatically apply to service prices.
8.3. Payment methods
Customers may pay by cash at the venue, card or bank transfer.
8.4. Customer event cancellation
To cancel an individual booking, customers must notify at least 24 hours before the event time.
For groups of 3 or more attending together, at least 48 hours notice is required.
If cancellation happens on the same day for pay-at-venue bookings, future bookings will require advance payment.
If a customer confirms attendance and does not show up without notice, or gives less than 2 hours notice, they must pay the reservation amount on their next participation.
8.5. Refund policy
No payments will be refunded unless the event is canceled by the organization.
If a customer leaves an event before it ends without justified cause, they are not entitled to refunds, voting rights, or voting-related promotions.
If notice is given at least 24 hours in advance, the customer may move the booking to another event date without expiration of remaining credit. A maximum of 3 date changes per paid booking is allowed.
8.6. Event voting
If a participant does not complete meeting all people in their age group without justified cause, this is considered disrespectful and they will not be allowed to submit preferences the next day.
8.7. Additional conditions
- Registration: your spot is confirmed only after payment is received.
- Cancellations: refunds are not accepted unless the event is canceled by the organization. A date change may be offered if notified at least 48 hours in advance.
- Code of conduct: respectful and appropriate behavior is required. The organization may remove participants who breach these rules without refund.
- Image usage: participants authorize photo/video capture during the event for promotional website and social media use, unless they notify in writing before the event starts.
- Data protection: personal data will be processed according to this Privacy Policy.
